New Jersey-based insurance agency World Insurance Associates (WIA) has acquired Virginia Insurance Partners, based in Virginia, for an undisclosed price, as per the latest insurance acquisition news.

Virginia Insurance Partners (VIP) is an independent insurance agency that caters to its clients with personal, commercial, farm, life, and benefits policies across Virginia. The insurance agency is claimed to service its customers’ accounts with a personal touch.

Charles Schuelke of Virginia Insurance Partners said: “Becoming a division of World Insurance Associates will allow us to provide even more options for our clients so we can best match the right policy with the appropriate coverage for every customer.

“We look forward to working with the WIA team and growing together for years to come.”

The operations of Virginia Insurance Partners will remain intact from its three locations at Stuarts Draft, Amelia, and Shenandoah, all in Virginia.

The transaction marks the 53rd acquisition for World Insurance Associates since its founding in 2012. Headquartered in Tinton Falls, the insurance brokerage firm caters to individuals and businesses with asset and lifestyle protection with risk management, insurance, and benefit consulting services.
