Wipro to implement digital experience platform for Bristol Water

Wipro said that it has implemented a digital experience platform for Bristol Water, a British water supply company, for modernizing its critical infrastructure.

As part of the implementation, the Indian IT services company will develop a new cloud-based solution. The solutions will have capabilities like instant release, low maintenance, high security, and ability to integrate seamlessly with the existing systems of Bristol Water through customized application programming interface (API) solutions.

Wipro claims that the advanced platform will enable the Bristol water supply company to stay ahead of regulatory needs and improve its customer and developer experience.

Stephen Green – Head of IT, Bristol Water said: “The implementation of advanced Wipro solutions will allow for a rapid turnaround from problem identification to solution realization. Wipro’s research-driven and design-led implementation gives control back to Bristol Water customers.”

By applying the 4M approach that is method, model, machinery, and mindset of new age engineering, the Indian IT firm will empower Bristol Water’s users and provide a superior digital experience to its customers and developers.

The improved digital experience provided by Wipro is expected to result in an increase in customer measure of experience (C-MeX) and developer measure of experience (D-MeX) scores of the water supply company.
