US software firm Novetta acquires Maryland-based WaveStrike

US software company Novetta has acquired Maryland-based WaveStrike, which provides software engineering services, data analytics, and technology solutions to national security customers.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Novetta said that the acquisition of WaveStrike will deepen its capability development expertise for shared customers and generate new growth opportunities for employees.
