US software firm Novetta acquires Maryland-based WaveStrike

US software company has acquired Maryland-based WaveStrike, which provides software engineering services, data analytics, and technology solutions to national security customers.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Novetta said that the acquisition of WaveStrike will deepen its capability development expertise for shared customers and generate new growth opportunities for employees.

– WaveStrike President and CEO said: “Joining Novetta was a natural step for WaveStrike. We can continue our commitment to delivering innovative solutions to customers and be a part of a company that believes in supporting, developing, and training the industry’s top talent.”
