TVS Motor Company opens marquee showroom in Baghdad, Iraq

TVS Motor Company has inaugurate a new marquee showroom in Baghdad, Iraq with its distribution partner Ritaj International General Trade.

Spread over 500sqm, the TVS showroom in Iraq is located in Palestine Street. It is the first-of-its-kind showroom for in the region for the Indian automobile manufacturer.

In addition to its variety of two-wheelers and three-wheelers, the TVS showroom in Baghdad will sell spare parts and have a service facility.

R Dilip – Executive Vice President – International Business, TVS Motor Company, said: “We are delighted to expand our presence in Iraq with the inauguration of this marquee 3S showroom in Baghdad. The showroom demonstrates our commitment to the market and will host a diverse range of products that will cater to customer requirement and aspiration.

“The strategic location of the store, as well as the end-to-end service and spare support, will help enhance customer satisfaction.”

The Indian motorcycle company will also introduce two products – the TVS StaR HLX 150 5 Gear, a 150cc motorbike, and the TVS King Deluxe Plus, a 199.26 cc three-wheeler, in the Iraqi market.

TVS Motor Company has been doing business in Iraq since 2016, providing products that serve the diverse needs of two-wheeler and three-wheeler customers in the country. The Indian automobile manufacturer has 41 touchpoints across Iraq.

Ritaj International General Trade has been its distribution partner since 2017.
