Seasons at Redwood Landing community project to be launched in Canby, OR

M.D.C. Holdings subsidiary Richmond American Homes of Oregon has launched a new community project in called Seasons at Redwood Landing in the Canby Community near Portland, Oregon.

The new community project in Canby is said to feature five popular flooring plans from the company’s Seasons Collection.

Richmond American Homes of Oregon said that it is new to the Greater Portland Area, and set to introduce its collection of floor plans.

The home building company, which claims to have more than four decades of experience, will deliver customizable options to Portland homebuyers through the Seasons at Redwood Landing community project.

Richmond American Homes of Oregon, which will be an enclave of 46 homesites, will have an opening ceremony of Seasons at Redwood Landing on 8 February 2019. Costs of the new homes begin from $400,000 and will have three-five bedrooms, with an area of 1,580-2,400 sq. ft.0

Every homebuyer at the new community project in Portland will be given complimentary design consulting at the Home Gallery, where they can select from hundreds of options for flooring, fixtures and finishes.

Floor plans can also be customized with structural options, including covered patios, additional bedrooms and three-car garages, said Richmond American Homes of Oregon.
