Safehold Special Risk, a program administrator that offers access to tailored insurance solutions for niche businesses and industries across the US, has acquired WSIB Insurance Agency.

The financial terms of the deal were not revealed by the parties.

Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, WSIB Insurance Agency offers a team of motorsports insurance specialists. The insurance agency provides a multi-line and comprehensive product offering on a nationwide basis, which is specifically designed for the exposures in the motorsports industry.
