Ruby Has acquires EasyPost Fulfillment Services to expand into US Midwest

Ruby Has Fulfillment, an ecommerce fulfillment company, has acquired California-based EasyPost Fulfillment Services, an end-to-end fulfillment service provider, for an undisclosed price.

Founded in 2012, EasyPost Fulfillment Services calls itself to be a flexible, modern API that enables adding of shipping and tracking.

The transaction gives Ruby Has a national presence in the US that spans both coasts and also the Midwest, while growing its capacity by 25% in addition to its existing capabilities in Canada.

EasyPost Fulfillment Services has been integrated fully into Ruby Has, and the transition for the former’s customers is expected to be seamless.
