Relation Insurance acquires insurance broker Service First Insurance

Insurance acquisition news : Relation Insurance Services has acquired Virginia-based insurance brokerage Service First Insurance (SFI) for an undisclosed price.

Service First Insurance has been addressing the personal and commercial insurance requirements of Northern Virginia residents for more than 20 years.

The acquisition will complement the existing Virginia operations of Relation Insurance Services besides consolidating its relationships with insurance carriers.

Relation Insurance acquisition of Service First consolidates on the former’s objective to deepen its specialty services and expand its presence nationwide. Recently, Relation Insurance acquired Villane Ward, an employee benefits brokerage based in Calfornia.

Relation Insurance expects to continue its growth trajectory this year by means of more acquisitions and organic growth.
