Ram Trucks launches 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn luxury pickup truck

Automobile industry news : US-based commercial vehicle manufacturer Ram Trucks has launched a new luxury pickup truck branded as 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn Edition, and built on strength, durability, technology and efficiency.

According to Ram Trucks, the Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn provides leading-edge innovation to truck buyers with weight reduction of 225 pounds. The new luxury pickup truck has up to 12,750 pounds of towing capability while its eTorque mild hybrid system and active systems boost fuel efficiency and help drivers.

Ram Trucks says that the Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn comes with exceptional features and design cues from conventionally handcrafted, time-tested wares, like the antique pocket watch, a pair of hand-tooled leather cowboy boots or a horseman’s saddle.

The commercial vehicle manufacturer claims that the wood, leather and metal work in the new luxury pickup truck are all authentic.

Ram Trucks revealed that models of Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn are distinguished on the outside by standard two-tone RV Match Brown trim or monotone paint, unique wheels and grilles to go along with premium LED headlamps and tail lamps.

Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn interiors include a hand-wrapped, full-grain leather dashboard, door-panel coverings and armrests designed in southwestern style.

It also has five USB ports to connect with the Uconnect system and a 12-inch touchscreen comprising split-screen capability for both full-screen single application operation and dual-application operation.
