Pepsi Bottling Ventures acquires Pepsi-Cola Roxboro
Pepsi Bottling Ventures (PBV) has closed its acquisition of Pepsi-Cola Roxboro, a franchise bottler based in Roxboro, North Carolina for an undisclosed price.
The acquisition will grow the distribution and sales territory of Pepsi Bottling Ventures to the Caswell, Granville, Person, and Orange counties.
