Old Navy to open store at PREP Property’s Shoppes shopping mall in Parma

Retail industry news : PREP Property Group has signed a lease with Old Navy to enable the opening of the Gap-owned clothing retail brand’s store at The Shoppes shopping mall in Parma, Ohio in late fall 2018.

To be located between A.C. Moore Arts & Crafts and JCPenney, the 12,801-square-foot Old Navy store is among the 60 new stores planned by Gap in the US for this year.

At The Shoppes shopping mall, Old Navy will offer families with a variety of fashion essentials, providing great style and quality at reasonable prices.

Founded in 1994, Old Navy has more than 1,100 stores across the world.

Commenting on the new Old Navy store at The Shoppes shopping mall, Jason Jarchow – Senior Director of Leasing for PREP Property Group, said: “Old Navy will be a great addition to our existing line-up of retailers and restaurants.

“It has been a pleasure working with the Cleveland Hanna Commercial Real Estate Team, Tony Visconsi, Managing Director-Retail, and Sean Wall, Vice President, who represented Old Navy in the lease negotiations.”

Located about 10 miles south of Cleveland, the 756,000 square-foot Shoppes shopping center at Parma, in southern Cuyahoga County, hosts retailers like Walmart, Dicky’s Sporting Goods, Panera Bread, Ulta Beauty in addition to the future Old Navy store.
