NFP expands in central Texas with acquisition of Hutch Hubby & Associates
US insurance brokerage and consulting firm NFP has acquired Hutch Hubby & Associates, an employee benefits firm based in Austin, Texas.
The financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
Hutch Hubby & Associates marks NFP’s third acquisition in central Texas this year.

L. Hutch Hubby, the principal of Hutch Hubby & Associates, has joined NFP as vice president, and will report to Kevin Brown.
