US homebuilder Lennar has launched the Manzana Pointe housing community in Converse, San Antonio, Texas that offers homebuyers the scope to buy an affordable and value-driven home,  while getting features like energy efficiency and a full appliance package.

Brian Barron – Division President of Lennar San Antonio said: “We’re here to support the first-time homebuyer and show them that they can stop paying monthly rent and finally invest in a home of their own.

“Converse is a fast-growing subdivision of San Antonio and buying early will be ideal as prices in this area are predicted to raise with development.”

At the Manzana Pointe housing community, home shoppers have seven different floorplans to select from. The homes in this Converse housing community offer a range of home sizes and styles, ranging from nearly 466 to 1,880 sqft of living space, one to four bedrooms and one to two bathrooms.

Prices at the Manzana Pointe community start from the $130,000s.

Each new home at the Manzana Pointe housing community will offer Lennar’s Everything’s Included program, which enables the homeowners to get granite countertops, luxury hard surfaces, and full stainless-steel appliance package without any additional costs.

The Manzana Pointe community is located near four main roadways, which gives scope for quick access to shopping and dining places, while Downtown San Antonio is only a 15-minute drive, said Lennar.

Last month, the US homebuilding company officially opened Manchester Estates, a new luxury townhome community in Zionsville, Indiana.
