Inszone Insurance Services acquires Jones Wilson Insurance in Arizona
Inszone Insurance Services, a California-based personal and commercial lines insurance provider, has acquired Arizona-based Jones Wilson Insurance for an undisclosed price, as per the latest insurance acquisition news.
Jones Wilson Insurance, which is headquartered in Benson, has been offering insurance services to businesses and residents of Cochise County for close to six decades.
Troy Jones – Owner of Jones Wilson Insurance said: “All our agents and myself live in the area and we are proud to serve our community. It was of utmost importance when working on this transition, to work with a company that holds the same values I hold, I believe I’ve found that in Inszone Insurance.”
Jones Wilson Insurance marks the third acquisition for Inszone Insurance in Arizona in 2019, and its eight on the US west coast.

Inszone Insurance expects to make more acquisitions in the next few months in a bid to expand its national footprint.
