Averhealth acquires Vermont-based healthcare company Aspenti

Averhealth, a substance use monitoring and treatment services provider, with the backing of Five Arrows Capital Partners, has acquired Vermont-based healthcare company Aspenti for an undisclosed price.

Aspenti is a specialist in substance use monitoring and care coordination services for patients of physicians, healthcare systems, and treatment centers.
