Arthur J. Gallagher acquires Indiana-based R&R Benefits

Global insurance brokerage Arthur J. Gallagher has acquired Indiana-based R&R Benefits/Risk Management (R&R Benefits), for an undisclosed price.

Established in 2000, R&R Benefits is an independent insurance agency that provides employee benefit program solutions and also property/casualty risk placements in the traditional and alternative risk financing market.

Robert Frick, Troy Scott, and their associates will continue operating from their existing location under the leadership of Tom Lannen, head of Arthur J. Gallagher Great Lakes Region employee benefits consulting and brokerage operations, and Cindy LaMantia, who heads the Great Lakes Region retail property/casualty brokerage operations of the global insurance brokerage.
