Arthur J. Gallagher acquires HR service provider Koff & Associates
Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired Kaneko & Krammer Corp, dba Koff & Associates, and based in Berkeley, California, for an undisclosed price.
Established in 1984, Koff & Associates provides a range of HR services, which include job classification and analysis, compliance, compensation studies, organizational assessments, recruiting services, and performance management programs mainly throughout California.
The company’s team is said to focus on public sector agencies, which include cities, special districts, counties, JPAs, superior courts, and educational institutions.

According to Arthur J. Gallagher, Catherine Kaneko, Georg Krammer and their team will continue operating from their present location under the leadership of Scott Hamilton, who is the global head of the insurance brokerage’s human resources and compensation consulting operations.
