Headquartered in Brisbane, Queensland, Effectus Consulting is a data-driven employee and leadership development company.
Effectus Consulting is engaged in providing HR and talent development strategies, talent diagnostics, mediation and performance management, culture and engagement surveys, and also executive coaching services.
The company caters to clients across Australia.

Scott Krebs, Jason Rodgers, Dallas Knight, James Allen, and their associates will continue to work from their existing location under the leadership of Leslie Lemenager, VP-International for the employee benefits consulting and brokerage operations of Arthur J. Gallagher.
