Tagged with: | |

Nectar Sleep, a US online mattress company, has expanded internationally by foraying into the UK, bringing its consumer-centric business model and also its bed in a box product.

The online mattress company says that its products are delivered to the customers through a new shipping idea – ‘bed in a box’ that saves its money on postage apart from increasing the customers’ value for their money. The custom-made mattresses come with a 365-night trial and a lifetime warranty offer.

Nectar Sleep said that the products will be manufactured and packed in its facility in Nottinghamshire. The online mattress company assures the customers that the mattresses are produced using locally procured materials and labor.

Angela Crouch – Managing Director of Nectar Sleep said: “The UK mattress market has seen a seismic change in recent years, as shoppers grow frustrated by traditional retailers and expect a smarter and more ‘on-demand’ process. With a business model that challenges competitors in this space and through access to top talent, we see the UK as the best place to expand our international operations.”

“From high-quality design, innovative cooling technology right through to our seamless delivery process, competitive pricing and unique 365-day trial period – giving Brits a better night’s sleep is at the heart of our product.”

Nectar Sleep was started in 2016 and has since grown to sell 1,000 mattresses per day in the US and has claimed to have sold more than 100,000 mattresses over two years. The online mattress company has generated $315 million revenue by selling directly to customers.
