Mphasis acquires DevOps automation provider Stelligent Systems

Mphasis acquisition of Stelligent Systems : Bangalore-based IT services company Mphasis has acquired Virginia-based Stelligent Systems for $25 million in an all-cash deal from HOSTING.com.

Based in Reston, Stelligent Systems is a technology services company that offers DevOps automation on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud through DevOps and DevSecOps solutions.

Stelligent Systems, which was acquired by the Denver-based HOSTING.com in March 2017, is an AWS Partner Network (APN) Advanced Consulting Partner. By delivering DevOps automation on AWS, Stelligent Systems enables customer to deploy their applications continuously with greater speed, efficiency and agility.

The combination of Stelligent Systems and Mphasis is expected to enable delivery of the two solutions at scale and also provide customer-centric digital transformation and customization to enterprise clients.

Stelligent Systems has a team of more than 50 engineers holding 100 plus AWS certifications.

The merged unit, to be called Mphasis Stelligent, will come under Mphasis’ Digital Business and will focus on enterprise customers. Mphasis Stelligent will enhance the capabilities of Mphasis’ in DevOps and Containerization and make its current managed services capabilities better.
