Mehak India’s Aroma, new Indian restaurant in Denver to open in December

Restaurant industry news : A new Indian restaurant in Denver, in Cherry Creek named as Mehak India’s Aroma is all set to open its doors from 1 December, 2017.

Mehak India’s Aroma will be run by two experienced restaurateurs Ganesh Adhikari and Chef MAHA-Dev who will be combining their culinary repertoire for the new Indian restaurant in Cherry Cheek.

The restaurant will come over at the former location of Ondo’s Spanish Tapas Bar which closed four years ago.

Unlike other Indian food options that are more of a buffet type of offering, Mehak India’s Aroma is claimed to provide ethnic food enthusiasts a more sit-down experience.

The owners of the new Indian restaurant in Denver intend to use as many ingredients as they can that are sourced directly from India to provide their guests with a new perception of how Indian cuisine really tastes.

Mehak India’s Aroma Chef MAHA-Dev is expected to offer the guests with authentic Indian cuisine that is filled with aromatic spices to give intense flavor, and made from the highest quality ingredients.

Talking about what the new Indian restaurant in Denver would offer, Ganesh Adhikari says that he wants to offer the guests more than just tikka masala, saag and vindaloo, the first dishes that are generally thought of when someone looks to have Indian food.

Adhikari wants to show that Indian food is not just about the three dishes but a lot more through the new Denver Indian restaurant.

Mehak India’s Aroma would target a lunch crowd seeking an Indian restaurant with conventional table service in a more upscale ambience. Adhikari said: “I want to invite more businesspeople during lunchtime” on his new Indian restaurant in Denver.
