KB Home announces Northpark project in Ontario Ranch, California
Construction industry news : US home building company KB Home is set to launch the Northpark project, a new community of new homes, located in Ontario Ranch, California.
Located in a prime Inland Empire location and within the Mountain View School District, Northpark will feature one- and two- story homes. The residential community is in quite near to the Ontario International Airport and Metrolink stations apart from having convenient access to Highway 60, Interstates 10 and 15.
KB Home will have a 2-day launching program of the Northpark project on 18 and 19 August during which prospective buyers can have a tour of the model homes.
The US home building company intends to construct a total of 190 one- and two- story homes that will be available in four distinct floor plans.
The homes, ranging 1,700 to 2,800 square feet in size, will have up to six bedrooms and three bathrooms. With a starting price in the $460,000s, the Northpark project will also have other features like spacious dens or loft spaces, dedicated laundry rooms and ample storage.

KB Home says that it provides buyers the option to customize various aspects of their new homes according to their budget and choices. Once the lot and floor plan is finalized, the buyer will have the option to work with KB Home Design Studio’s design experts who will guide them through in design and décor of countertops, cabinets, lighting, appliances, window coverings and others.
