Continental Mills launches four new gluten-free Krusteaz baking products

US-based Continental Mills has launched four new gluten-free baking products – Yellow Cake Mix, Chocolate Cake Mix, Confetti Buttermilk Pancake Mix and Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix under its Krusteaz brand of baking, pancake and waffle mixes.

The four baking products are certified gluten-free and contain no artificial flavors or preservatives. The new additions almost double Krusteaz’s gluten-free range of products, which includes Blueberry Muffin, Gluten-Free Flour, Cinnamon Crumb Cake, Buttermilk Pancake, Double Chocolate Brownie and Honey Cornbread Mixes.

Andy Heily – President of Continental Mills said: “We continue to see consumers clamoring for gluten-free products, and with this new line of products we’re thrilled to provide them with the gluten-free versions of the classic flavors they crave. Not only are these new mixes incredibly convenient, they’re a delicious, gluten-free option that allows you to have your cake (or cookie or pancake!) and eat it too.”

According to Continental Mills, all the four mixes are ready to bake with the addition of three pantry-staple ingredients, and with a two-dish cleanup gluten-free bakers can enjoy the favorite flavors.

The Yellow Cake Mix, Chocolate Cake Mix, Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix and Confetti Buttermilk Pancake Mix are being sold at $3.98 in the baking aisle at Walmart and its website.
